    Retired at 53, earning $45K biweekly… but honestly, the money isn't even the highlight. What means the most is having a family that stood by me when life was tough. I'm living the life I once prayed for. If you're still fighting your battles, don't lose hope – your season is coming.

    Well done. For my money Spinoza logically geometrically philosophically lays down exactly the concept the Upanishads and the Christ informed humanity of way before him. They Might be Giants has this song called ‘There’s only 1 Everything”. Used to play it for my kids when they were toddlers, as the little video was cute and silly, however- I go listen every now and then when I need a simpler explanation of all this lol.

    I don't want to reduce what you're describing to a single concept but it's interesting to me that what you're describing is the same as what's described in non-duality or Advaita. Of course there's only one reality but there are many ways of claiming to describe that.

    THE SMARTEST MINDS ARE DEBATING WHETHER WE ARE IN A SIMULATION OR IN THE MIND OF GOD AND ULTIMATELY THE DEBATE IS OVER BECAUSE THEY BOTH SAY INTELLIGENT CREATOR WHICH MEANS WE ARE MOST DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY ACCIDENTS OF NATURE!!! THEY BOTH WOULD SUGGEST PURPOSE AND MEANING!!! AND ULTIMATELY I THINK THEY WOULD BOTH BE ASKING THE SAME QUESTION WHEN WE CREATE SIMULATIONS IT IS TO FIGURE OUT THE UNKNOWN OR THE VARIABLE… THERE'S ONLY ONE THING THAT WE HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OVER 100% OF THE TIME AND THAT'S HOW WILL YOU RESPOND!!! WE MIGHT NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER WHAT HAPPENS TO US IN LIFE BUT WE HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OVER HOW WE CHOOSE TO REACT OR RESPOND TO ANY GIVEN SITUATION!!! OUR FREE WILL IS OUR CHOICE OF RESPONSE!!!

    AND THERE'S ONLY TWO THINGS YOU CAN TAKE WITH YOU WHEN YOU TRANSITION AND THAT IS WHAT YOU'VE LEARNED AND YOUR EXPERIENCES!!! WHICH TELLS YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW AND WHAT WE SHOULD BE DOING WITH THIS PRECIOUS TIME WE'VE BEEN GIVEN!!! IF ON THE OTHER SIDE OR EVEN HIGHER DIMENSIONS EVERYTHING IS MANIFESTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO LAG TIME SOMETHING VERY PRECIOUS IS LOST!!! THAT IS THE PROCESS I'M COMING UP WITH THE IDEA AND SEEING IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE CREATION OF IT!!! THIS IS OUR PERSONAL ART STUDIO WHERE WE CREATE EVERYTHING FROM ARTS AND CRAFTS TO OUR OWN REALITY!!!     I like Spinoza's god a lot, but I still think it's trying to explain the unexplainable.
    The ideas suggesting god could not have done things differently are fascinating.
    Personally, I think god rides the universe, like a rider who is one with his horse.

    Our lowly human three dimensional logic isn't up to the task of explaining a god who isn't subject to the evils and absurdities of our world.

     I think evil is unique to the earth. There is no such thing as necessary evil.

    I think the horse chooses to obey the rider out of a god-imbued free will, an understanding of, and therefore love for the rider.

    Try to think back as far as you can remember. Try to think into the future as far as you can. Try to think beyond the universe beyond infinity. The further I go out the more I expand into Infinity and to lose any form I do have a conscience like a low vibration of a trumpet

    Unconditional love is the means and unconditional love is the endgame. If I am in unconditional love and it is in me then I cannot be a part from. If I am complete then I am not infinite. If I am complete and then I could not grow. If I am complete and I am infinite then I could not create something.

    All that matters is that the christians and by extent the rest of the abrahamists cant claim any philosophical god as theirs, because yahweh the jewish regional deity is unlike the philosophical god in every way. philosophical god doesnt exist outside of philosophy class.

    Is God experiencing itself as an "I" that emerges from causality? It appears Spinoza is arguing such is the case, but as we know, the "I" is not the origin of experience but the observer thereof, a point from where consciousness experiences its own constraints. How is this even intellectually engaging to non religious people? "Everything is God" is the ultimate tautology. God is also a Solipsist… Geez. Gimme a break.
