I couldn’t get a heartful of coconut milk, but substituted it with a pig heart I got from the local butcher. I also didn’t have cherry tomatoes, but I used regular tomatoes which are basically the same thing. I have to say I’m not the biggest fan of this recipe, but I got some kind of food poisoning which probably just comes down to bad luck
