No, I believe Lululemon is finally at its true value. There’s no way a clothing brand is valued at $60 billion that’s Ludacris.

12:30 the fact that she is wearing a shirt with equality while positioning as a womens premium wear is just weird. Definitely going downhill from here.

to be fair the video at 11:40 are of rare lululemon outlets and are not what their standard retail stores look like and prices.

Your segment on the store layout comparison has no credibility and seems deliberately misleading. You compare a regular Alo store to a lululemon outlet store. Of course the pricing, layout etc is going to be vastly different.

alo is the threat not just because they target women, but because Vuori copied LLL's decision to drop the fabric quality to cut costs.

@11:21 this looks like an lululemon outlet store. Which i guess can cheapen the brand, but the the normal store doesnt look like this.

Can we talk about how ridiculous "Adjusted EBITDA" is? Like they took a look at the regular EBITDA and was like" Hmm, we don't like that what the regular EBITDA shows, so let's just adjust it instead." Imagine going to the doctor and getting your (real) blood pressure taken. But because you "don't like" that reading, the doctor's like "Here's your Adjusted Blood Pressure."

They also got rid of their lifetime warranty and replaced it with a one year warranty. I bought a pair of pants that split around a horizontal stich near the fly within a year. They said that was wear and tear and not covered. I promise you that is not a high wear and tear area. They no longer stand behind their products and the durability has declined.

11:31 this is a Lululemon outlet store, their standard store looks more similar to the Alo store, although less minimalist.

Took me way too long to figure out that the title wasn’t misspelling GAAP and that you were talking about the store chain.

Companies that are in a nose dive always make the same mistake. Hire some former executive from another company. The problem with executives is, that most of them rose to their position by internal politics and following the norm. A company that wants to revitalize itself needs new ideas. It would in most cases be better to take some random dude from the street than a former executive bogged down in a corporate mindset.

Blaming the (American) customers for being too fat. -> who could disagree with that? 🤣👍 Americans eat like they have free health care.

McDonald took home more than $5M after he was fired…nothing makes sense in this country anymore. if a plumber fails, if an electrician fails, etc. nothing like this would ever cross anyone's mind…why is this rewarded in business? America is an open insane asylum.

LULU looks cheap at the moment, and I think the potential upside outweighs the downside. That said, the turnaround could take a couple of quarters. I’m keeping my position small for now and will add over time if the underlying value thesis remains intact.

Woah, woah, woah, are you implying that a failed executive doesn't deserve a promotion and raise when they abandon ship for another failing company? That's socialism, borderline communist.
