PLEASE READ: the point of this video is NOT to take sides (I actually don’t), but to show that Iron Maiden have never shown away from voicing their opinion and even more so – making funny remakrs. And the fact that some people (or internet trolls) just noticed this now is at the very least hypocritical. Today you may like, and tomorrow you make NOT like their take on politics – and that's okay. Because they are humans and are allowed to express their opinions. I'm pretty much neutral on politics. But I've travelled all around this big blue world, and it was amazing to observe how much of a joke the U.S. is in so many countries – in the general public and in the media. It makes me wonder how the world perceives my country.

I actually love it. Brice has ALWAYS said it out… I have been at shows where he went off on stoned assholes for 10 minutes and I am happy about it. About time someone has the balls to say it!!! If a band is spending hundreds of thousands of gollars PER SHOW to bring something special and the idiots around you are so stoned they don't even know where they are, but they ruin it for everyone else… someone needs to kick their asses. I have done it and I was so happy when Bruce went off and called the,m f*cking idiots!!! This is why I love MAIDEN!!!!! God forbid they are actually awesome people and are sick of all the ridiculous nonsense that this horrid idiot has been doing all over the world.

I never gave much thought about it but with Montsegur, similarly to Slayer overtly doing so at the time, Maiden decided to talk about the dangers of religious zealotry in the wake of 9-11 by highlighting Christian behavior of the past while ignoring what was right in front of them. Great song, but peculiar misdirection.

We have a song called The Legacy , about what the people in power put soldiers through and how deeply they sent them home messed up, also we also have the Longest Day, Morso commemorating but telling the disturbing images about what those men experienced and endured on D-Day. We have The Great Unknown talking about how we as people are affecting the world how we think ourselves to be right. Politics are nothing new with maiden, I’ll be seeing Bruce and the guys for the second time in an about couple weeks can’t wait. Oh and Mother Russia, Pacendale. They’re touring with Megadeth too like what are people expecting

It was a crap twist that added nothing to the story. Not sure if it was supposed to be clever but was just stupid or was meant to be Christian propaganda but it sucked either way.
