This is an estate sale haul of 1980s goodies from a recent trip to my hometown of Richardson, Texas where I hit a jackpot of awesome 80s plushies and more! Abby you've done it again!!! And I remember seeing that stuff when I was young!!! Especially that Garfield Doll. They had a collection of those, and I plan on getting a couple of them myself one day. My friend's wife's a huge fan of My Little Pony, and she probably had that one you showed. She had plenty of them when she was a kid, and for this Christmas I'm actually gonna get her a 40th Anniversary Reproduction Edition. They actually have those at Target and Meijer.

Did you ever have a Boolah Ball? I know about those because I found an old video recording my sister made when she was little of Denver the Last Dinosaur and it included the commercials, including the Boolah Ball.

Nice collection. I recently started collecting WWF Hasbros Mint on Card some graded some not graded they are from the early 90’s but one of the most rare WWF collections to own especially if they are graded mint on card.

x Thank you so much for showing the Garfield book, glad you like it!
o I will keep an eye out for that Rainbow and Unicorn Trapper Keeper, I guess there is a chance I can find it at some type of sale!

x You get the get hauls, it is just incredible what you come home with!
x Spuds MacKenzie is the best! That plushie is incredible!
x I used to have that exact Garfield plushie, it would have either been for a birthday or christmas one year.
o All the Garfield plushies were bought at the same local pharmacy in Garfield County.
o The ones with the suction cups were the big best sellers for a while, apparently its author Jim Davis (an award-winning marketer who is suppose to be a marketing genius) was always concerned there would be too many of those out in the public.

x I dressed as the as Charlie Brown's "Holey Ghost" (from that Halloween special) last year.
x That My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic show is amazing, it is not hard to see why people go crazy over it.
x Those recording tapes are so awesome!
o Just incredible that, at one time, a person could get them free after buying cereal!

x Those Oasis stickers are awesome!
x Boo Buckets are the best!
x About the annuals/yearbooks…after seeing that last video about them I thought of:
o In the tv series Unsolved Mysteries, there was sometimes a part called LOST LOVES, which had the most incredibly romantic stories of lost loves (Meg Ryan Romance quality)…just an idea for y'all.

The absolute QUEEN of haul! You always find the best stuff! ❤ I had Spud McKenzie slip-on van like tennis shoes in the 11th grade. I think I bought them at Goodwill. Also, I used to work next door to The Magic Time Machine. It was a restaurant called LA CAFE. It was very 80s with the teal and mauve colors. We still go to the Magic Time Machine occasionally, but it is really worn down and old inside but always very busy. The Oasis is indeed a Dallas station, they played light jazz.

You bring back such precious memories of a wonderful time…how I wished I had appreciated those days more than I did living them at the time. Best wishes to you both and thank you so much for your enthusiastic approach to our yesterdays. BTW your 80's bar is magnificent…and yes Pee Wee approved no doubt.
