I used to avidly listen to Dave Ramsey. After multiple ridiculous comments, I stooped. He is getting completely out of touch.

Dave Ramsey had his day and his say. Die a hero or live long enough to become the villain. He's now one of the "ignore reality and the rigged dirty game — it's all your fault" crowd.

Fox bringing Dave on to gaslight their audience into believing everything is fine tells you everything you need to know. Would they need to do that in a good economy? Of course not.

Dave Ramsey gives out 20th century advice in an AI/Robotic 21st century economy. Let him eat rice and beans. I tell my story in WE LIED TO FIRE TEACHER (90% funny fyi).

A lot of the problem is student loans, credit card debit and car payments. A lot of folks had all this before it got really bad and then it escalated to even more debit.

I think the millennials/Gen Z has a more luxurious, entitled taste that our parents/grandparents didn’t have.

My mother didn’t get her nails done every week. I didn’t live in a “luxury” apartment when I moved out 20 years ago.

So much has change & these conveniences are costing us financial stability.

10 years ago we didn’t have Doordash; we cooked humble meals at home.

We didn’t have subscriptions, we just had regular cable TV.

We didn’t go out to eat or buy Starbucks everyday.

Thanks to social media, everyone feels entitled to a level of luxury and don’t even see it as luxury atp😩When they don’t have it, this equals struggle.

People are spending WAY more then they should & crying broke😮‍💨

Yall still are willing to be honest about what's going on

The Ameican dream is being distilled down to a deam accessible only to a narrow few. It's currently a pipedream for most.

When we were kids people would ask what do you want to do when you grow up. That's the wrong question to ask because not all jobs lead to financial well-being.

Instead, they should ask what kind of a lifestyle do we want. If you want a higher end lifestyle, then you would look for jobs that will afford you that. If you want a modest lifestyle, look for jobs that will give you that.

The economy is always going to get harder but it doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be harder for you. Just have to find good paying jobs in low-cost states, avoid keeping up with the Jones, and don't get into debt. There are ways, may be tough, but the Internet is full of ideas.
