The province is named after the lake, not the other way around like dump thinks

I can believe it, this is the same country that calls itself great without any confirmation from anyone else. Looks exactly like that dude we all know that is pretty sure he is the smartest guy in every room, or people that call themselves good people, it's never true.

On the food recalls, look up a 1987 book called Weapons of the Weak. Might provide some clues to what's happening. Workers who are not valued tend to find a way to prove their value in powerful ways.
