My guess is some rich ppl used them to do things illegal like murdering and threatening in the past. The benefits of temporary hiring them would be they move around a lot and the police can't catch them.

Wife, Mother, Belly dancer, award winning photographer, pattern maker, engineer, electrician, hemodialysis technician, scientist, welder, teacher, pianist, anthropologist, Archeologist, HVAC technician, real estate investor. I love to understand how and why something works then take it to it's furthest conclusion. I am now teaching myself coding and linux, because it seems needed. The life expectancy of traveller/gypsy communities is horrendous, particularly the men – its a macho society which puts a lot of pressure on men. There is tribalism and bare knuckle boxing to sort disputes. There have been multiple incidents recently of people running eachothers cars off the road in disputes, resulting in deaths. There is a high incidence of mental health struggles and suicide among gypsy men. It's very very sad

Those white people don't look much like the Romá I spent time with back in the day, over here in the United States. I'm thinking it's mostly Romanichál people and Irish Travellers in this documentary. I don't know. In some in this video, I think I do see features coming from the ancestors from what is now northwest India, but I don't know those Gypsies. 😁

That was one of the worst documentaries I've seen. It's nothing like their true life, and the voice-over was ridiculous- trailer Park?? No, that's American; they live in gypsy sites.

The narration for this documentary is very hard on the ears – so distracting, i couldnt watch for 5 mins. It sounds like very poor AI narration rather than a person actually speaking/reading a script.

You should of said UK not England typical Americans. 💀
Last time I looked travellers were all over the UK not just England.
Especially the Scottish travellers who are in Scotland.
If you are going to do a documentary on them at least get your facts right first and the other communities who aren't *English *.
It's an insult to Scottish travellers and Roma gypsies and Irish travellers. 💀
