    be VERY careful with dates, they have a high sugar content and are sticky. U think you are being healthy, but its still sugar, and they can increase the chances of getting cavities compared to other of fruit/dried fruit

    I hope you are aware of the one bright light among all the depressing "black face" cliches from the 20's, 30's & 40's, Hattie McDaniel, the actress who played Mamie in "Gone With The Wind".

    The part not only got her an Oscar nomination, but she won best supporting actress in 1939 & became the first black person to win an Oscar ever!

    There's a darker side story to her win: The place were the Oscar's were held, wouldn't invite her to the award ceremony, segregation was still in full force in 1939. She was a personal friend of Clark Gable's, and he gave them an ultimatum: "If she ain't coming, I ain't coming!"

    Which of course ended up with her being invited to the ceremony after all. And she actually won! 😄

    Anything vegan
    Anything vegetarian
    Anything gluten free
    Anything labeled as "diet" or "sugar free"

    Those sre the only REAL foods that need to be avoided.

    No chems in foods Is the best first step to the reality of government foods..
    Once a week crud food then once a month's crud food then a meal here an there..
    Incremental changes..

    it isn't coincidental that capitalist superpowers have the highest percentage of obese people, while socialist countries like the USSR actually had a more healthy population overall. look up the obesity rates in the 1970s Soviet Union, and all of the state programs for curbing obesity and other health problems like diabetes. Here in the United States, you can't even get health insurance without getting a ton of struggle, and even then, your claim for life-saving medicine could be denied by for-profit companies, The Soviet union on the other hand, didn't have this issue for most of its life because of its nationalized healthcare—before market reforms took over the country, and turn the country more capitalistic. The capitalist class are responsible for social murder, and don't give a damn if we drop dead from toxic food.
