I think this is the first time I watched 10 Things where I actually believe the person can't live without the items. Usually, they feel like commercials. You can tell Ohtani-san used these items. I'm not a baseball fan but I follow him because he's humble, respectful, and hardworking.

It's so funny to hear him speak; he just sounds and looks like a normal, chill Japanese guy you'd meet anywhere in Japan (except he's 6'3 lol). I think that's what makes him so much more intriguing as the goat of his sport. He just takes care of his body, spends time with his family, and plays ball.
