Uhhhhmmmmm…. If I'm in Spy mode or in a life threatening situation, I don't think I'm worried about breaking laws, especially the ol seatbelt law. Now, if you want to be a shinning beacon as a perfect and obeidiant citizen, then don't steal a car, and always wear your buddy belt.
