The real truth about present-day TV shows is that they are bad, mainly bad soap operas disguised by various poorly thought-out themes. Their main purpose is to serve as advertising platforms. News cast are fraught with biases and misinformation.
A few of the oldies were worth watching and some of those highlighted in this series of videos I am glad I never knew about them. Other than these comments, Tickety-boo.

If sexism is what Lady Blue failed in the 80s, why did Police Woman succeed in the 70s?
Just a cheesy show with a bad lead.

I saw–most of these. Stir Crazy had no chance. Magruder was silly. Lady Blue was part of that Dirty Harry craze, Sledgehammer nailed it.

"Lady Blue" was a huge success here in Brazil. The network changed the title of the series to "Dama de Ouro" (Golden Lady), for some reason…

Jamie Rose left her steady gig at Falcon Creat to star in Lady Blue. FC didn’t ask her back after cancellation — they recast her part.
