My parents are attorneys and also suspect it will be a hung jury. No matter what this is a shit show.

All I know is, if he gets elected, we are all doomed.

Between him saying publicly that he plans to go after the legal entities that are prosecuting him; and “joking” about giving the president full immunity to never be charged for any crimes and Project 2025-we are facing the end of democracy.

There are dog whistles and full on disclosures that show he (they) plan to turn the presidency into a dictatorship.

What kills me about this whole situation is that we have the documents case and the actual election interference case which are both stalled out because of Trump's connections and our corrupt Supreme Court. I'd like to see justice in everything he's being charged with but there are much bigger things he needs to stand trial for. If he wins in November he won't ever stand trial again.

I know impossible to say one way or the other, but boy oh boy will it be a tough sell getting all twelve jurors on board to convict with how much the case relies upon conjecture and messy witness testimony, especially having Cohen as the prosecution's star witness and YIKES for the Costello shenanigans as well.
