Why the right is so obsessed with DEI

I’m black and female. If I could use that for my favor I would’ve, never once had it helped me. No job or role have I gotten for whining female or black. And I’ve tried lol. No scholarships not jobs no free school. Idk. I’ll try harder 😉

There is no meritocracy in DEI. Therefore, DEI lowers standards for those who historically could not meet those standards. This is the problem you fail to address about DEI.

DEI is absolutely ruining our country. Blacks are getting into medical schools with grades whites or Asians would never be able to get in with. Everyone with any shred of honesty knows and will admit the vast majority of people completely unqualified for their jobs are black.

It's pretty wild that the only actual examples of racism this dude gives are his personal beliefs. The rest is incoherent dog whistling

Tiktok denied black crime, you round up 57% on the white ((aka they put mexican with the white on the chart to sound crazy)) and around down to 30% on black crime when it was 38%. If tou did more research you understand that the crime rate on black is higher than the white. How come there too many black folks in Jefferson county jail and less white? She absolutely is DEI. Biden picked her as VP because they could pretend she is black, even after she only got 1% of Democrat primary vote and had to drop out early in 2019. And now they skipped a primary all together (very anti-democracy) to push her ahead because she would get annihilated again if they had another primary. She is a good puppet just like Biden so she is the pick of DC. She sucks soo bad at everything it's pathetic they have to shield her and hold her hand as much as the dementia patient.
