Maybe because… Genesis 3 10 “And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.” 2 reasons, 1 were humans and to see each other naked is quite vulgar unless we’re married to said person or young siblings or something, and 2 it reminds our spirit of the fall. Something like that.

Probably because animals cannot feel shame like humans. You need a brain capable of knowing what it is that others judge you, mock you, humiliate you. Also, animals are fully covered in fur and look much better than us. We only get upset about apes showing their genitals because they look too similar to humans and we try to impose on them our same moral and obscenity standards.
