As some one who uses shoe laces the 5head move is actually tying them lose enough that you can take them off and put them without tying or untying them but tight enough where they stay on. Basically turning them into slip on shoes. The hard part is actually getting that perfect balance on both shoes. Currently only 1 of my shoes is in the sweet spot the other is still slightly too tight.

Velcro technology needs to improve before i would commit. It just breaks down too quickly where the velcro separates from the leather strap. Shoelaces usually outlast the soles. But if durability could be improved… i'd be on team velcro.

I'm more concerned the intimacy is going to be performed under seemingly six 1000-watt light bulbs; usually one or two will suffice if you want surface-of-the-Sun brightness.

I got these adidas shoes that have laces on the front but they're fake, its just slip on sneakers. Super comfortable for just wearing around (not for running ofc)

The only downside with velcro is that they tend to get worn out pretty quickly and no longer stick together so well. But besides that there's not much of a downside from a practical perspective!

Dude I either wear boots or shoes with BOA lacing system. I just got tired of tying my laces. If people think I cannot tie my laces that I'm fine with that but I have my shoes on every morning in 2 seconds. #IcannotTie
