I use time span between temporal events as a random number generator, i.e. pinging an internet server, for cybersecurity. I know it is still somewhat deterministic, depending upon network latency, hardware responsiveness, logic gate evaluations, and much more, not to mention that ping responses timespans then to group for the same server (low standard deviation)…so, I drop the integer values before the decimal then invert the digits. It’s as random as anything in nature, since the deterministic coefficients in the operation are many and affected by nature themselves. Network latency and telecommunication responsiveness is effected my atmospheric moisture and many other nature inputs, as is energy availability to perform to computation, CPU availability, etc etc etc.

If everything is random, then nothing is random, if you choose a bunch of items that are random because of that fact, then the thing in common is that they are all random which is a pattern which means they aren’t.
