What Happens When You Steal from a Rock Legend?
Their keyboardist tragically died of an overdose while on tour with the Smashing Pumpkins. The vocalist, notorious for siphoning gas from Kurt Cobain’s Dodge Dart, was gunned down in the streets of Reseda. The guitarist died of AIDS, while their drummer was one of the founders of Bad Religion. This is Electric Peace: A band whose music is as wild as their members.

They didn't record In Utero there. I think it was recorded in Chicago if I'm not mistaken

Technically Kurt wrote some of in-utero in that house, he didn't record it there, it was recorded at Pachyderm studios in the Midwest (In Minnesota) not LA.
