Weirdest Last Meal Requests On Death Row

I heard in Ohio they have dog on the menu.

I wouldn't call any of these weird, because they only get to eat what they got from the cantina/prison kitchen – so i think anything you loved to eat, or even just craved at the moment, i would choose it.
And even if i want to have a chance to get the taste of an olive for the last time, why not take one last bite, aka one single olive?

If i would know i have the chance to eat one single meal before death, i would choose what i want at that moment and that has not to be anything special or ordinary.

There’s a sad one in Colorado back in the 1920s a man with the iq of 6 year old was coerced to confess to r*pe and murder that he didn’t commit but he was still put to death. The warden even brought him a toy train to play with. His last meal was 3 different flavors of ice cream and he saved 2 of them “for later”. He didn’t even understand he was about to die.

Honestly, I’m probably the only person on the planet who doesn’t have a “last meal” already planned out. It really just depends on what I’m feeling that day ya know

The last meal is not for the inmates sake, its for all the people who had to “watch” and “shelter” them for likely decades to ultimately ending their life. This way there is at least some level of humanity left when its over.

I think they deserve last meals. I think it should be reasonable. Ive heard some prisons give a $25 allowance. I think it should be $125. After all it’s your last meal, shouldn’t it be good.

I would ask for a box of Velveeta shell mac and cheese, 2 grilled cheeses seasoned with garlic salt, dino nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, 4 things of broccoli, and a bottle of ranch.
