This was super awesome and fun to watch!
Synesthesia is more diverse and complex than just seeing sounds as colors 🙂 It's essentially when sensory input/experience bleeds over from one sense to another. I sometimes taste sound, or feel it as a texture in my mouth. People might experience certain words, letters or numbers as having specific colors; that seems to be another common manifestation. Some "sensory bleeds" seem to be more common than others, but in theory, any combination could be possible.
