Hasil Adkins (1937-2005), a wild rocker from Boone County, West Virginia, who was already a punk in the 1950’s, trying to kill rock’n’roll. He blended rockabilly into his unique DIY music, founding psychobilly and leaving a lasting global influence through his eccentric performances and numerous cover versions of his songs.
