Anyone ever read "The Bartimaus Trilogy" in it, the magicians summon Djinn and they had to write up contracts just like this, this sort of overtly direct and literal commands. It's a really good book series.

Why not just wish for the genie to fully understand the intent and meaning of the wish and grant the wish based on that, if the genie knows exactly what you're wishing for then there is no catch

What if you wish for the genie to grant the exact wish you want (all components of your very own desired wish) exactly 2 seconds after wishing for it without him changing anything that is irrelevant to what was wished for (for example the eyeballs thing, glasses breaking, not living long enough to enjoy the granted wish, etc.)

So basically a thoroughly explained version of "what if you wish that your next wishes would be granted without a catch" cuz if u wish for that then the word catch will probably be interpret differently

3 wishes, means I got 2 wishes to ensure that the last one is an absolute no-issue.

1) Wish for what this guy wished for HOWEVER, tack on the concept that the gene is not able to misunderstand me in any way and cannot fabricate or devise a monkey's paw situation. [This means no arbitrary misunderstanding can happen and no negative aspect can be applied as the genie will inherently be able to know what I'm referencing and talk about.]

2) Wish that should the 3rd wish be found to not be what I was expecting, dangerous to myself or others, or otherwise expire due to an unspecified clause in the wish granting, that it would be automatically negated upon discovery and wind back time to when I was first making the 3rd wish while still having the knowledge of what the wish and error was, and will result in me being able to make a new 3rd wish with the same genie until I find the proper interpretation of the wish that I was looking for with no side effects or monkey paws. [This ensures that even if Wish 1 fails, that upon the failure of the 3rd wish, I will be able to return to the same genie no matter what as our interaction is a flashpoint in space/time now. He won't get lost, disappear to a new person for new wishes, or be unavailable. We simply turn back the clock every single time until he gets the wish right. In other words, its an incentive to the genie to get my wish right faster, as he will eventually realize that he's in a time loop and that I will never stop saying something's wrong until he actually gets it right with no issues. As well, this negates the concept that I'm asking for infinite wishes; I'm asking for 1 VERY SPECIFIC wish, which he should understand, and I am getting a refund/return until I get the correct iteration].

3) Wish that all American debts disappear with no repercussions, inflation and taxes is reduced as a result, and quality of life is improved with no negative reaction from those whom we owed debts to or are actively profiting from American suffering.
