The amount of people who can't recognize fetish content requests is alarming. And I'm not blaming them- people are into weird shit and it is solely on them for trying to unwittingly get others into participating (although it should be pretty self apparent that you shouldn't film your child in the bathtub and post it online, no matter what they are wearing) But my rule of thumb is if it's far too specific and/or far too unusual, it's got to be a fetish. Even if it seems so outlandish or seemingly innocent that no body could possible be getting off to it, don't ever assume that is the case. I see this all the time in the asmr community. Comments making extremely specific request and the creator being like "thanks for the suggestion!" Usually they don't follow through because it is so odd or they rightfully don't think it would actually be good content, but I wish they would simply ignore or even delete the comment. Unfortunately, they often don't know it is a creep asking for a fetish video. It's hard to assume the worst of your audience, I suppose.
