Next time on Idol Ball Z, Tedros teams up with Clifford the big red dog to make Mecha-Walter White a famous reggaeton star

Captions will be available soon, thanks for watching 🙂

Tedros is one of the biggest problems for me and making him a vital role was a big mistake. I could probably chalk it up to The Weeknd’s acting but his over exposure through the story feels like a decrease in quality and a work in debauchery. I could see a storyline for him stretch like two or three episodes but I wish they would’ve focused on the actual idol and had more moments like the emotional breakdown at the shoot. Really show the issues of artists rather than a weird hypothetical that takes over the plot.

You totally missed the point of the ending. Of course the abuse was real. The show leads you to believe that Jocelyn was simply a lost girl who was a victim of a industry set up to exploit her. But by the end of the show we understand that Jocelyn is just another part of the system capable of exploiting others. She chose to submit to Tedros and tell him about her abuse because she believed he could elevate her artistically. She led him to believe she was under his spell like the others, but in fact he had more to fear from her as she was more powerful and also more adept at manipulation.

I enjoyed the show. I think most people are caught up ideas of "what the show could have been". I took it for what it was and found that the dots connected pretty well and the writing and performances were pretty good. It was probably the best show I watched last year.

I saw the ending as Jocelyn was now going to inflict the abuse her mom did to her, onto Tedros. Possibly to keep the motivation going to keep creating great songs (cause Fill The Void is great btw). This is just how I interpreted it 🤷‍♀️

i couldn't get through the video to find out whether or not the complete erasure of the female perspective was talked about. this to me is the show's biggest down fall and to not address the elephant in the room was unbearable. to tell this story of an emotionally and physically abused young woman who is fighting barrier to an extremely sexist and predatory industry without the input of a woman is INSANE. how can men possible understand the nuances??? that is why the sex scenes felt gratuitous and fetishizing – another issue that isn't talked about.

the sexual assault scenes and nudity all feels like an absolute fetishization.

Call me "uncultured" I guess but idk if a woman being sexually objectified and abused by a convicted grapeist for the sake of """"art"""" is the otherworldy highly intelligent take that people think it is.

amy rose depp looks soo much like jhonny its crazy , she not only resembles him facially, she mirrors akot of his iconic gestures and personality flawlessly, especially in some of the dramatic scenes i was seeing many of her fathers past characters overlaying her face like a spittin image , if i didnt already know she was depps daughter im pretty sure i would have noted the similarity nonetheless
