Honestly it feels nice to not be attacked at all by any of these. My last console will very probably be the Switch, and all the other consoles I play are older (PSP, Wii U, 3DS, SNES mini). I don’t have online subscriptions, don’t need to pay a fortune for games or accessories, and the community supports these greatly.

As for me and my Ryzen 2700X and 1050 Ti, there are still tons of older games from 2010-2020 that go on sale. I stick with games that cost $2 – $5. Got A Plague Tale for $2.10 last week, normally $20 I think.
