Sabine Hossenfelder investigates life’s big questions through the lens of physics, particularly Einstein’s theory of special relativity. She highlights the relativity of simultaneity, which states that the notion of “now” is subjective and dependent on the observer. This leads to the block universe concept, where past, present, and future all exist simultaneously, making the past just as real as the present.

Hossenfelder also emphasizes that the fundamental laws of nature preserve information rather than destroy it. Although information about a deceased person disperses, it remains an integral part of the universe. This idea of timeless existence, derived from the study of fundamental physics, offers profound spiritual insights that can be difficult to internalize in our everyday lives. As a result, Hossenfelder encourages people to trust the scientific method and accept the profound implications of these discoveries, which may reshape our understanding of life and existence.

As a physicist, Hossenfelder trusts the knowledge gained through the scientific method and acknowledges the challenge of integrating these deep insights into our daily experiences. By contemplating these profound concepts, we can potentially expand our understanding of reality and our place within it.

Glory be to God the best of creators, Imagine the intelligent human beings creating everything around us in the name of science and technology like the computers and phones and the CPU the brain of computer science the human beings are soo amazed by, naw imagine the brain which creates all that, and I say if all the Einsteins and human beings in the world came together with all their brains I don’t think they would’ve able to spark a light 💡 bulb up if it wasn’t for the wisdom behind the creation the humans beings copying and getting all their bright ideas from, and thanks to the lighting where the humans have learned to create electricity from which is the soul of science and technology and the blood which runs all the computers and phones and all transistors in a CPU the brain of our computer and phones and all the electrical particles we use to communicate with one another from one side of the world to another in a matter of seconds and all the Wi-Fi we use on our phones thanks to the lighting where the humans have learned to create electricity from and the lighting is only a tiny drop in the ocean compared to the wisdom we see behind creation around us and just from a single tiny wisdom of the creation of the world around us the humans have learned from benefited life on earth soo much the humans were able to do everything we they have done in the name of science and technology and this what these scientists are only doing they just observing the creation they see around them and just stealing and copying all the ideas they get from looking at the wisdom behind the creation they see around them and just replicating it and created everything you see they have created in the name of science and technology and the lighting is just one tiny little example of the wisdom behind the creation we see around us and look what the humans beings have created just from observing and learning from that wisdom that’s just a little drop in the ocean compared to the wisdom behind creation we see around us on earth, talking about computer and phones look at the camera lenses on our phones and compare it with the lenses of an eye, or even on engineering that’s the heart of science and technology which we use to ride drive fly and sail with and all the companies of the world use to run their factories with to produce and create all the materials and products we buy and sell and fill our homes with, just compare an engine with heart the only huge difference you’ll see is the engine needs a spark plug to ignite the mixture of compressed gasoline and air inside the core of the engine to cause an explosion (combustion) which causes the piston move up and down making the engine pump gas and air into its engine and releasing the toxic fumes out which causes the engine to pump making the crankshaft spin which is connected to wheels or the fan on a engine naw compare the engine with a heart the only big difference is the heart pumps automatically without the need of a spark plug and pumps blood in and out throughout the veins all over the body, don’t you just see what these scientists are doing all they doing is observing the creation around them and just stealing and copying all the ideas they getting from the wisdom they see behind the creation around and just replicating it and creating everything you see these scientists have created in the name of science and technology, have you not seen the wisdom behind the beautiful creation around you and even your very own self have the guts to stand in front of a mirror and take a look at yourself and be brave enough inside of your heart to be sincerely honest and ask yourself these questions and if you can’t be brave enough inside of your weak heart to have the guts to be honest with yourself then at least go outside and take a look at the world around you and look up in the sky on a cloudy day when the sun is out and see haw all the bright primary colours are displayed in the middle of the sky 🌈 don’t you even see haw the sky works like a roof and protect all the harmful gases the sun releases from entering the earth which life wouldn’t exist if it did and then the top layer of earth also lets the sun light enter the earth like a photolithography machine which is the reason why life exists on earth, seriously haw can you not see the intelligent design behind the creation around you, it’s just unbelievably ridiculously foolish and silly, and that is the atheist mentality, it’s like me using a tracing paper over one of the greatest drawings on earth by the greatest artist and I use my tracing paper over the drawing and copy the drawing onto my tracing paper and I get all the glory and fame for the drawing I copied onto a tracing paper and the actual drawing and artist go unknown and I get all the credit for the drawing I literally copied onto a tracing paper and the people glorify my drawing I clearly copied on a tracing but the people don’t see the tracing paper, this is exactly haw ridiculously foolish and silly the atheist mentality is the way they think about science and technology and glorify these scientists and say these scientists are soo intelligent and then say they see no intelligent power and wisdom behind the creation they see around them, believe me that is the most ridiculous and stupid mentality a human being could adopt and I say this with my heart and soul on it, and these atheist clowns like that old fart Richard Dawkins and others like that moron Lauren kraus seriously make me laugh these atheist clowns are one of the most ridiculous silly individual I have ever seen in my life with zero IQ and no common sense when it comes to this topic and it’s f unbelievable haw stupid and foolish people can actually be not to see that about these smart ass clowns and entertain the thought of these atheist clown as an intelligent individuals who love to hide behind “I don’t know” and then talk and act like a smart ass like they know everything. It’s simple as that and if those these atheist clowns love ass kissing to get a name from turned around and said Santa Claus is god these atheist clowns will come back the next day and argue with the world about Santa Claus being god and no doubt Einstein is more intelligent then all these atheist clowns put together could ever be.

I think a high-level philosopher should join the conversation by making counterpoints, because there are several things she said that are completely absurd, misinterpreted, exaggerated or out of context.

Take the example of the train lights: obviously they flashed at the same time (assuming they were turned on at the same time and that there was no technical problem). The temporal problems related to the observers (each one sees the lights flash at different times) have nothing to do with the objective fact that the lights flash at the same time.

It is completely obvious, logical and rational that there are no "absurd" events in the universe, there are only rational events, that is, no magic or supernatural things.

Ah so nukes are ok because people think they have an afterlife without building on. lol byproxy wars would be OK to. One group thinks they have an afterlife and them being gone makes the other party happy they are gone. Irony

There HAVE TO BE changes in science as we make more discoveries. Science CANNOT stand still. If it does, we will be stuck in a spot where we know some things about science but not other things that have not yet been discovered. There will be some scientists who bring up ideas that will turn out to be wrong, and other scientists who bring up ideas that will turn out to be true. So you see that science continues to develop. For instance, what if we find out that there was no big bang? If that happens, a lot of our science will have to be changed to accommodate that discovery. Not that I BELIEVE there was no big bang, but that I accept the possibility that someone may discover that there was no big bang. That's just one example of how our science needs to be fluid in order to accommodate new CORRECT discoveries. I am just as disgusted as Sabine is about so-called 'discoveries' that make no sense, but I am NOT willing to accept her clench-jawed refusal to entertain that our understanding of science may be wonky in some spots and that new discoveries are necessary, even if they bring down the whole enchilada in order to cement a solid science.

In the Islamic scripture the Quran God transcended the revelation 1400 years ago that” He knows and keeps record every detail of what perished, so that he can resurrect exactly even with the same finger tips.

So interesting. Clearly she admits that she doesn't have all the answers, and clearly, she suggests that a higher order of all things exists beyond what we can comprehend. This is both fascinating and comforting at the same time.

Yeah, no, I don't think the person in the taxi meant to get detailed scientific explanation of how spacetime exists, I think the person wanted to know if science (quantum mechanics he was asking of) could validate existence of supernatural presence of his grandmother after death.
