This movie is actually listed under a different name on imdb task force 2001 after looking into it there is infact another movie task force caviar released same year and the actress that plays the tech girlfriend/ agent appears in both as the same character. It's rated higher then spy high.

Zoom in 2000? Shit Son, we had better at my workplace in 1998.
Okay… I was in Research (Near Ballard and Triumf) and we were Trunked onto a T1 Backbone with shit-tons of Fiber throughout the Buildings.
We also had $5000 Graphics Cards we were using for Physics Model Simulations.
But… we had better than that all the way back in 1998. Funz

I think the "gourmet mustard" bit would've been funny if it had been delivered in a more smart allek way. Like if he said it was stone-ground Dijon, each seed hand-picked by French nuns in the Swiss alps.
And then it turns out the paper is actually well written.

Love you ed, but, I don’t think anyone is concerned about a high school (possibly senior) male dating a college (possibly freshman) female. Pretty mild and not worth drawing attention to…. Adult and child? That’s just not true in this situation.

Honestly, a strategy gamer getting into the Military Industrial Complex might be the most relatable gamer villain origin story I have ever heard. This is what Factorio does to a mfer.
