Russ Gries and His 3D Printed Quasicrystalline Spin Network (QSN)
The Quasicrystalline Spin Network (QSN) is the substructure of 3D spacetime in emergence theory, a quantum gravity theory being worked on by a group of Los Angeles physicists at a nonprofit called Quantum Gravity Research. Russ, one of the research scientists, who built a homemade 3D printer from scratch on the side, printed this highly complex model of the QSN.
