Valerie Red-Horse is a filmmaker, investment banker, and business owner who is of Cherokee Descent. She is currently the CFO of East Bay Community Foundation and President of KNOWN Holdings. Both of which work to eliminate structural barriers to BIPOC economic success.
She is the CEO and Founder of Red-Horse Native Productions, Inc. where she directs, produces, and writes films focused on bringing important documentaries about overlooked and underserved subjects to the screen.
She also teaches two undergraduate courses on Entrepreneurship for Social Impact and Racial Equity at Stanford.
