I'm no code breaker but the names of the tracks sound like dates throughout American history e.g the division bell, the liberty bell July-8- 1776. Wearing the inside out meaning the birth or death of Edward Gein. Coming back to life meaning experiments in the revival of organisms, all dates in time. Possibly completely different dates and times but that's the idea. Maybe those numbers refer to letters in the alphabet or on a keyboard. The album cover picture of the heads talking to each other look like they are in the shape of a heart.

I might have solved this enigma, although I will only say so much. If your response to that is that I don't have the answers so be it, there are the "answers" for those who care not to see or listen, and then there's the answers based in truth and history.

The whole concept seems to be bringing opposites together via a "higher understanding" of the world and history, which includes the future. There's two types of people in this modern world; us and them, and to bring an end to all divisions a great harvest of crops if you will shall take place leaving only a world of "higher understanding".

I've seen enough, great video btw.

Hello Chill Fuel, I just recently got into your channel and I must say I'm really impressed and love it a lot. I think you should research Randonautica, there's a lot of unexplainable things on there and a weird mystery I think you would enjoy and would love to hear your take on it. Thanks!

The answer is in the Pink Floyd biography by Mark Blake ("Pigs might Fly"). Marc Brickman, the lighning director, claimed he was told by the band manager, Steve O'Rourke, to arrange the lights in order to show the "Publius Enigma" phrase. And it was Nick Mason himself who explained the enigma in 2005. It was a puzzle fanatic employe at EMI who proposed the idea. So yep, the Publius Enigma is as shallow as the later Pink Floyd records (wich I love but they're still shallow anyway lol).
