Still a great album to me.
I’m sure everyone was having a great time partying etc, but there’s some big talent here like I’ll just mention 3: Mike Monroe lead singer of Hanoi Rocks!
Steve Stevens: Billy Idol and pretty much every soloist, group you name it!
I man C’mon he even wrote the Top Gun anthem way back in ‘86!!!!!
Micheal Wagener who’s produced nearly all of my record collection!!!!!!.
But despite all this great talent the planets didn’t align and Mike thinks it’s all wrong and shouldn’t have been mixed by Wagener.
Well, it could’ve been mixed by a cement mixer for I care.
    😊

Jerusalem Slim is a pretty good album, it's just not a Michael Monroe album. It sounds more like the Vince Neil album Stevens did afterwards than anything Michael Monroe has ever done so it's not hard to tell who was in the driving seat.

Michael Wagner was one of the best producers and coolest guys. Michael Monroe seems to always have a problem with someone. Dude you did your best but you didn't make it. Move on

Michael is absolutely correct about Demolition 23. I'm glad rock's best kept secret has finally seen the light of day! A kick ass rock and roll record! Everyone needs to go to band camp or Wicked Cool Records and buy it!

It was a great album with some fast modern (for the time) guitar. Surely that was the point. Little Steven would have killed the project anyway. It was way better than Mike’s solo albums at the time…there were about three turkeys before the excellent Demolition 23.
