Mercury Rev – Deserter’s Songs – VINYL UNBOXING
In Part 2 of the FensePost Indie Music & Vinyl Blog coverage of the 1998 LP “Deserter’s Songs” by Mercury Rev, Andy discusses some of the vinyl variants and how his copy is a 2023 repress of the 2018 Excelsior Melodies pressing. He discusses how for some albums, it’s better to wait for a repress or reissue than to buy a standard black vinyl version due to limited runs that get newly re-pressed on a regular basis. He then unboxes his copy on vinyl.
