For this month’s Examining episode, I take a dive into the glorious/debaucherous mess that is Lady Gaga’s third studio album, ARTPOP. In keeping with her brazen artistic spirit, the leadup to the record was as diverse as it was dizzying. But does the record deserve the applause today?
