John Torra Is EVERYWHERE! Quiet Riot Story Goes Viral
John Torra is EVERYWHERE! Since Quiet Riot announced Torra as their new lead singer, the story has exploded across major media, including NBC, New York Post, Newsday, VICE and TV stations across New York. I break down how this story went viral, what it means for Quiet Riot, and why the attention could dramatically raise the band’s profile. Plus, I look back at my coverage of Torra’s journey from the very beginning.

I hope he doesn’t blow out his voice as I noticed he tends to try to emulate singers in his not natural singing sound. It will make it hard to have a signature sound that you cannot hear who the singer is by ear.
I saw he has been at Rock Star Fantasy Camp for years with a lot of players that helped prep and open doors. Quiet Riot is more like a theatre band now up to 3k or less seats won’t make a ton of money.

I fucking care about new music from our classic bands or "legacy" bands. Just look what Stryper does and continues to do. Would love John Tora /;Quiet Riot new music. How many times can these bands continue to play the same music over and over. Don't they have a drive to make new music? It should be their passion. They're artists.

Problem is this isn't actually Quiet Riot, not one original member.
Just a cover band🤑

How much longer can Sarzo go on? I mean he's 75 now, can't have too many years of playing left. Then after he's done, it's just a cover band. I'm not dissing Torra at all, I actually like his voice, I just don't like bands who don't have any original members left.

They had seasoned professional in Jizzy Pearl. They went the way Journey did with finding Arnell

Let’s be honest, he’ll shave Rudy’s back if that comes up as a job requirement. I know I would!

I wish this guy all the best…he probably deserved a better band as is the state of QR now….lets see what happens. This is an excellent opportunity for him to entee into the A League or Premier Metal League

Wait…you moved TO L.A….on purpose? Were you kidnapped and dragged there? Are you being held hostage? Have a strange desire to live in a cesspool? What's happening here?

I disagree with the (I don't care about new songs from older bands that's not my stance I want new stuff from my old comfort place bands that fits right in with the classic stuff u can deviate and toy with it some but no big gemre changing departure really ❤
