The variety of people I’ve met who’ve cited the Sims for what they decided to do with life is crazy. I’ve met painters, animators, psychologists, architects and engineers who all cite the sims for their direction in academia lmao (coming from someone who was in that architecture area lmao)

I haven't forgiven EA since they bought and destroyed Motor City Online to bring out the original need for speed underground.
The first One was based because you could have a first gen dodge neon but that was the only good thing about it.
Motor City online is hands down the best racing game To ever exist.
No ody has ever been able to recreate it successfully (but forza horizon is decent)

Being a sims player is spending HOURS in CAS and building your house only to have fun killing your sims or an accidental death of not a full hour of gameplay and die of electrocution trying to fix the broken stereo

the sims 2 can be seen as the final game, I know people praised the sims 3 however I think that's where the fall began, removing features from the base game to add later in the expansion packs, etc

I remember the first time I ever played Sims. I set my guy up as an artist with a gallery. Then I would delete the door. I would let all of my visitors, die, keep their ashes, and force their family members to pay to get inside my gallery so if you ever wanted to see a loved one, welcome to the final gallery.
