What really happened to Walt Disney after he died was his head was cut off and attach to a robot body to keep it alive. But he had to eat children to keep the head alive. Cuban children wore said to be his favorite and that's why they built the theme parks in florida.

There's two complications with cryogenics one your brain two freezing turning everything into say like ice is near impossible. Two reasons one the ice can expand ripping apart the cell structures of your body including brain. And two just like fire hydrants where the liquid is under pressure and even if it goes below freezing it still remains liquid because it's under pressure. That's dangerous for us so the only real way to go about it is into it like a deep sleep. You would have to subject the body to like a sleeping with some cold liquids and stuff from IV's constantly and chill the body internally and slowly until it's at an acceptable rate and slow down the heart rate drastically. You also need to supply the body with oxygen so just say it would be very expensive to keep you sedated for say over a hundred years but you'd have to be a billionaire. And even then like you got problems with like muscle atrophy food intake yeah your body would still need food and nourishment waste disposal. Yeah you'd have maybe like a catheter and other tubes up those holes and stuff and you'd have to be buying all these medical products on a daily basis to keep yourself asleep and cold. What's the benefit of this future technology could be super advanced to cure your tuberculosis cancer you name it that's that's the benefit of it you can even come across technology that could actually supersede your life but the amount of money and drugs and time and energy and resources of other people supplying it to you is ridiculous and then on top of that you have the problem where people may actually get angry with you because they can't afford such a thing and here you are in this confined space contraption sleeping for over 200 years well the people are like your Rich billionaire and we have to suffer while you can just wait it out yet you would end up getting the plug pulled immediately and super fast either way the cryogenic in itself is just it's a bad idea it can be done in theory hypothetically it could be done but in the actuality at the moment no no it needs to be extremely cheap in order to be done

I dont think medical technology will ever get to a point where it can reveive these people to a livable state. The crystals that form when you freeze like that they just tear your cells and DNA apart. I feel like if its ever possible you would need to be frozen with a cure already developed and proven to work something that stops the crystals over long time but at that point technology should shift to keeping people alive not trying to bring back a few dozen i would say zombies but even the slowest ones can walk and cause damage. These people won't even have detectable brain function

Why won't people just accept death is a natural thing and resurrection is impossible when all cells of the body are dead? I still have a wonky view of freezing living bodies (I think it's possble preserving living cells), but dead ones… just let them rest in peace…

A man who dedicated himself to his local government in parks and recreation becoming the face and purpose of an entire festival thrown by a small town feels like an odd full circle moment. It's kind of lovely.

Had a 2" line of 400psi refrigerant blow up by me at work, showering me with -120°F liquid instantly freezing both hands. The Burn Unit was a nightmare. They tried morphine then Fentanyl to quell the pain of skin debridlement but I felt every inch being ripped away. So No Thank You!!!

It’s rough, but, brains aren’t the only part of the body that makes you, You. Multiple stories of people who’ve had organ transplants (hearts in particular) were noted to having picked up new habits, or characteristics altogether. Traits specific to those of the Previous organ Owner. So ideally, all of one person would is how it should be done.

70% of Cells are water, water expands 30% when frozen. Cells burst when expanding 30%, you don’t want expanded or burst cells as your cells. You ever seen freezer burn meat dark, bloated, then dried and shriveled after dehydration.

I suppose nudism would make it a lot harder to commit or get away with certain crimes. People often steal things by hiding them in their pockets or shoving them down their trousers. If they had no clothes on, then there would be less places to hide stolen goods and the only places that they could hide them…let's just say that I don't think that anyone would want those items back afterwards anyway. Plus there'd be more DNA evidence at the scene and so it'd be easier to find the criminals. So they may have been onto something there.

I remember hearing about an Australian mine site where a worker had access to liquid nitrogen which is used to shrink fit bearings to rotating shafts. Anyway this gentleman decided to cryogenically snap freeze a cat that he had caught, when the cat was removed from the pot it was accidentally dropped and parts broke off. The fella was better off working on the machinery and leave the science to the experts.

The hurdles that cryogenic need to overcome to bring people back to life are insane. First they need to overcome cell damage from the freezing and thawing process, then they need to cure whatever disease the person had that died in the first place, then they need to figure out how to restart a brain and heart and everything else after it's been stopped for so long. And in recent times it's been a cost effective trend to only freeze the head or brain of someone so then you also need to somehow find a donor body to attach the head to and figure out how to even make a head transplant work.

All this stuff is so far out of the realm of possibility right now and ALL of it needs to happen for 1 person to come back to life that it's just never gonna happen.

And even if someone comes back to life, would they even want to stay alive? What world will they be coming into? Can they cope not having any friends or family or anything familiar around?

Except, humans are filled with intricate vein structures that stretch everywhere, and we are also 70% water. Water crystalizes when it freezes, and that absolutely shreds veins like glass shards.
