Trent hardware is a small retail Harwood store. It's a return to the traditional "mom and pop" locally owned business. Trent is very knowledgeable and helpful with any project you may have. However the store is small and means the inventory is limited. This can be a benefit though as he stocks only the most common products which allows he to beat the prices of most big box stores. The biggest issues is that parking is hard to find and the walk up 6 flights of stairs is tiring. After that you'll have to deal with Ben's dumbfounded questions like "what are you doing in here?" or "I locked the door who gave you a key?". Just ignore him. Overall Trent Hardware is a wonderful place to shop and support small business.

I see a bunch of ppl like this all the time it's been a big issue especially in out of order restrooms. Never go into an out of order hardware restroom that's selling tools they are a little messy.
