This minute, the administration is probably planning a false flag operation in a major city with a Democrat mayor or governor. Drump is already giving major hints in his statements to the press in the last few days. He is desperate to find a way to suspend midterm elections and 'war on US soil' is one of the constitutionally acceptable reasons. With an 'attack' on a US city he can suspend elections and get rid of a Democrat leader at the same time.
