Robert clearly doesn't know about the Narcisse Snake Dens located in Manitoba, Canada. 10s of thousands of red garter snakes come out into pits to mate every spring and although they are perfectly harmless its still a terrifying site.

Another introduction people had to Australia is the Mad Max movies, which were coincidentally directed by George Miller who also did Happy Feet

Shark attacks fall into two types, a feeding frenzy where the group of sharks smells blood in the water )fish blood btw) and are in a frenzy, or mistaken identity where they think you are a fish. Usually the second is simply because their eyesight isn't that great.

Thank you, GQ! That was so much better, having a real animal expert like Robert Irwin in the chair here, as compared to the inaccuracy-spouting Forrest Galante. I love that he actually tried out the water buffalo hypnosis technique!

"Aren't they cute?!" No, sir! This scene terrified me when I first saw it. Still get little shudders of revulsion, but I can look at it now. Cute?! I love that he he can look at that and see cute. I need fur before I can use that word. Not scales, lol. He's awesome though.
