That reporter said they are leaving until september, i thought that is being held up until the sa e america act is passed. This all sounds like bullshit and a call for the civil war that borh sides want. My bad, three sides, i believe China has their fingers in this too.

DOCTORS CAN GET INTO SEVERE TROUBLE FOR LYING ABOUT MILES A PATIENT'S CONDITION. Depending on the intent and the outcome of the lie, they can face loss of their medical license, civil lawsuits, and even federal prison time.Medical Board Disciplinary Action State medical boards heavily penalize dishonesty.

If a doctor intentionally misrepresents a diagnosis, exaggerates symptoms, or falsifies a chart to cover up a mistake, the board can suspend or permanently revoke their license to practice medicine.Civil Lawsuits (Medical Malpractice)If a doctor's lie results in incorrect treatment, delayed care, or physical injury, the patient can sue for medical malpractice.

Furthermore, under the legal concept of informed consent, doctors are legally required to give patients honest, accurate information so they can make decisions about their own care. Lying breaches this duty.

Criminal Charges and FraudLying about a condition crosses into criminal territory when money or cover-ups are involved:
    Healthcare Fraud:

Fabricating or exaggerating a condition to order unnecessary procedures or overbill insurance (like Medicare) is a federal felony. Under 18 U.S. Code § 1035, making false statements regarding healthcare matters carries penalties of up to five years in prison and fines up to $250,000.

    Tampering with Evidence:

If a doctor alters electronic health records (EHR) to hide a medical error, modern audit trails track the exact timestamps of those edits.

Doing this to hide negligence can trigger independent criminal charges for falsifying records.

You know everyone is talking about this so weird cause if mitch is dead mitch isnt doing anything… stop blaming a dead man for the actions of his staff and his wife. Like i dont like the guy but lets be real if he isnt alive at this moment stop saying mitch is doing something. Even if he is unconcious or cant communicate this isnt him doing something this is all on his staff.
