I had the same confusion as Michael about so called rules of war. Then I realized, it's all just a power game to them and saving lives isn't the objective. That includes all the leaders in the U'N. that wrote the rules. They only care how it affects them or their country, not about lives.

Someone should explain to this ignorant asswipe that the United States' Interstate Highway System is a classic example of dual purpose military infrastructure. 99% of US population has no idea that the interstate highway system exists FIRST to connect military assets and installations, secondarily to facilitate interstate commerce, and only THEN LASTLY for civilian transport.
