Think of a star, that has a number of planets, similar to our solar system. Now if that star suddenly exploded, it throws the planets out and into interstellar space, this may be why we are seeing a large quantity (large in terms of recent time) of I S D, interstellar solar debris? These bodies may be planetry remnants?

Pretty useless comet if it's only got alcohol and no pool table. Not even a jukebox FFS.😢

unless you have core sample or xray of its layers of structures or a direct image that see trough the corona, you can not claim it to be anything, but speculation.

I can't help but think that everything about this thing is BS due to the odds of us finding stuff that's just 'average' on average. We just don't have enough data to be sure any of this is this old. We found some weird chemistry and that's all. And the idea that this rare thing just happened to fly by during the tiny developmental window in which we had the tech to analyze it is automatic sus: either it doesn't actually exist or a crapton of these things have gone by we've not known about and there's no other answer to that.

Molecular hydrogen was my guess.

What if 3i ATLAS collided with one of our planets? Questions would have been answered forsure!

It was doing a Gravity Assist with our sun and it fired its Engine just where it would if We were doing the same thing. How about the concept there are large volumes of Ice to convert to Liquid Water and they are using a Nuclear Powered Steam Rocket? There has to be some reason this thing is doing so many different things the Scientists did not account for. Tons of water and methanol ejected (the fuel the NAZIS used in the WW2 V2 Rocket) and an Xray Glow from the center of the object. They are probably not running a Nuclear Powered Car Wash, so my other choices are a Comet or very ICY Meteor that has dense enough nuclear source to produce Xrays and was triggered by the sun, or it's a Traveler. How much material, propulsive fuel and nuclear energy would we need to travel through our Galaxy on an Expedition of the different local stars even if it was a purely a MACHINE and Robots instead of living creatures on it and they go from Solar System to Solar system on a Science Mission? A large Comet or Icy Asteroid?
