In 1962, physicists predicted that a family of exotic particles had to exist. It took sixty years, three separate discoveries, and one of the most powerful detectors ever built to prove they were right. This is the story of the doubly charmed baryons, how they were predicted, why one experiment spent fifteen years in scientific limbo after claiming to have found one, and how CERN’s upgraded LHCb detector completed the family in 2026 with a discovery that echoes one of the greatest moments in the history of particle physics.

Why does it – the "particles table" that Galman and Eman created – look SO SO similar to the Kabbalistic Tree of Life? No exact, however very very similar.

When it comes to scamming money, these guys make Minnesota Samalian's look like bumbling toddlers. I watched them pull the same statistical bullshit discovery with the Higgs boson. Run the experiment enough times and you can get any result you want to justify pissing away another $20,000,000,000.00
It makes me want to puke.

I wish you would stop with the clickbait titles, it ruins your credibility. The video is top notch, very informative, it doesn't need clickbait titles. There's noting shocking, everything was predicted and nobody was conCERNed about the results.

Clickbait title. Although I'd probably enjoy watching this, I won't watch it because of that.

This is just useless fantasy that will never serve any purpose; I hope I'm wrong, but as the carriage moves, everything will remain the same, pure noise.
Ésto es sólo fantasía inútil que nunca servirá para nada, espero equivocarme mas por el andar del carruaje todo seguirá igual, puro ruído.

Let’s be clear about this. They found what they were looking for, NOT all that there is.
50 years ago someone used their imagination. They said, I think this should exist. And science has used that as the basis of what IS. They chased shadows, not truth.
What I mean is this: they didn’t use THEIR EYES, they used THEIR EARS to look for this. So anything else in this category they won’t look for because they found what they wanted.
That is not science.

I love how these guys just smash things together and then go oh yeah look we found it there it is. Little clue all the things holding things together are just electrons at different magnitudes. 566 don't realize that space is actually discreet discreet in its vacuum density pressure magnitude and this is the true magnitude of reality. That's why the supermassive black holes and Stellar massive black holes otherwise that would not be possible. To find your vacuum pressure density magnitude you start out by looking at the angle of refraction that your present moment. Just like in water like have different angles for different pressure magnitudes. The periodicity of Lights going from a point to visible spectrum and back to a point is an exact ratio of first off the plank scale but then the visible Universe the observable universe it's all the same ratio

When something only lives for a few femtoseconds, does it really exist? Not sure these are particles when they don't persist. Something always bothers me about the subatomic zoo. A very messy theory.

So, I got that they've made strides in quark discovery, but I am disappointed that there was no apparent reveal of whatever it is that is making physicists "very uncomfortable", per the promise of the video title. Rather, all I heard is that they've basically been able to confirm their predictions re quarks. So, where's the discomfort in that?

So much investment in such scarce to confirm knowledge. Fifty years to detect a combo that "lived for less time than it takes for a photon to cross the width of a human hair." Inspiring. There's hard work, and profound teamwork on complex goals… but then there's this…

Very interesting. What I want to know is, when (if at all) these exotic barions ever formed matter, or are they just interesting physics. For example, are they likely to be more stable in extreme environments (e.g. black holes, neutron star cores, just after the big bang). That would make an interesting video.
