As a 41 year-old I had a colonoscopy when I was 40 and my doctor said the new age for getting a colonoscopy is being a man in 2026 and having a butt hole if you were hearing this and you have access to health insurance, please please get a colonoscopy as soon as possible. It does seem to be getting younger and younger and men and it does drastically change your health. Please please please do it if you are reading this.

I'm not even close to 45 and i've had 3 colonoscopies. For me they're an ordeal, that nasty gloop you need to drink to clean yourself out is disgusting. I've had to come up with outher tactics.

i had to have my 1st colonoscopy last year at 43, the prep pill was disgusting and left me with heartburn and aftertaste a few weeks after
