The ad at the beginning seems like it's made for investors bc she was on a Gordon Ramsay show called Food Stars with a bunch of other food-based companies where he was deciding which company to invest in. Profit margins were a significant part of how the contestants advertised their products
Unsurprisingly, she did not win Ramsay's investment :T

We have a hospital near us and I used to genuinely look forward to the food there (assuming I wasn't the one hospitalized and on a diet) because the guy there was really good at his job. genuinely thinking of just going there and eating sometime this week.
