    I tried smoking cigarettes at age 22, and I absolutely hated the sensation in my mouth and nose. I never ever smoked it again, I am now in my mid 60's.
    In fact, I am a bit of a bore, I don't even like drinking alcohol, and I am happiest when I am with my family and my cat. Please, if you can help it, don't ever get
    involved with drugs or excessive use of alcohol; it can ruin your life if not properly managed. Good luck to those who are recovering from drug addiction, and to
    those who deal in drugs, you can go straight to hell.

    Drug sniffing dogs are supposed to freezeand sit down next to the car once they've smelled drugs?
    This dog seems to just run around the car sniffing.
    Am i missing something?

    My first club night out at 18 in the UK I got offered coke, pretty sure almost everyone at uni age in the UK has at least tried it or other drugs. met people who have been almost ostracised for refusing to try drugs. Kinda mental.

    "In some cases TEENAGERS were even recruited as hitmen in Sweden." Yeah, about that.. This is something you should follow up on. Right aligned political parties are trying to get children as young as 13 imprisoned. It's gotten that bad!

    As a recovering Coke addict, it does not feel the way these ppl described after you’ve been abusing it for a while. I was using coke daily from morning until night for two years. I was using recreationally and as a way to self medicate. I have adhd and had completely lost insurance so I was unable to get my adderall prescription back. It really did feel like it helped for a while. The problem began when I started drinking every day after doing blow all day so I could sleep. I would have to plan to bring the right amount when I was in the office. Once you’re truly addicted, it just keeps you at a baseline of being not exhausted and depressed. Near the end I was a shell of a human, all I did was work and sleep. I work for a Fortune 500 bank and justified my use. I’m happy to report that there doesn’t seem to be any long term permanent damage to my brain or heart. It’s trash, expensive as hell and destroys your nose and heart. Stick to European speed or prescription stims. The detox isn’t bad at all and you will feel basically normal after a week. I haven’t touched blow for over 1.5 years and I don’t think I’ll ever do it again. The thought of it disgusts me.

    Been clean for a year now.
    The urge never truly goes away, just stays dormant for longer.
    Instead of being harsh on it saying, "NO, I WILL NEVER DO DRUGS AGAIN ON MY LIFE!" I just go "Eh, maybe later."
    Then it goes away on its own.
    I stopped fighting the urge and started postponing it, like a passing thought.

    For me, being around people who still used made staying clean much harder.
    I needed some time away from that environment. Spend it with family and siblings instead. (Not necessarily blood related.)

    Teach yourself to enjoy the smaller things in life.
    Working a 9 to 5 to only wake up to the same thing tomorrow?
    Start incorporating small routines to make these days much more meaningful.
    It's simply another phase in life. Sooner or later, something is bound to change, but your routines will keep you moving forward regardless.
    Too much free time? Invest in hobbies you've always dreamed of trying, and start small without overwhelming yourself.

    Ironically, obsessing over the "perfect" way to stay sober isn't sustainable.
    Early sobriety can feel simple when motivation is high, but long-term sobriety is built on habits that still work when motivation fades.

    Cut all the "stay strong" BS out.
    It sounds good, but it's a weak foundation to build sobriety on.
    Nothing in life worth maintaining is built on willpower alone.

    What keeps you sober are your habits, routines, and environments you build around yourself, long after motivation is gone.

    Its also beyond me how singers singing about using cocaine and how great it is and all, dont face any consequences. I feel like there should be some kind of reprecussion for basically promoting the use of hard drugs especially if you have a huge platform.
    Crazy.

    I had to drop one of my best friends from high school after she started doing coke. Before, she struggled with mental health and impulse control issues, but she was generally a good friend and a good person. Then the first time she took it around our friend group, she ended up groping one of our mutuals "as a joke". Last I heard of her, I talked to her most recent ex and she said the abusive tendencies had gotten a lot worse. Apparently she chased her around the apartment with a giant chefs knife at one point. I knew her for 6 years and I never would have thought she was capable of doing something that messed up.

    Real help for ADHD absolutely does come from a substance. It's just that if your local medical system isn't denying you treatment out of spite, you can get your dopamine reuptake inhibitor in a format that's less likely to cause addiction and fatal overdose (pre-measured doses, oral administration so it comes up and down more slowly, no off-target sodium channel blocking effects, proper warnings about drug interactions on the package, no risk of fentanyl or nitazene contamination, …). Ritalin works by the same mechanism as cocaine and is a lifesaving medication with relatively modest downsides.

    lol cocaine users only going to bathroom every hour for a line more like every 10 minutes is what I observed from most. what a horrible drug. I love seeing people on coke with their jaw all tense chewing something that isn't their. people on coke think they look better on it lol next time have someone record you. thanks to coke I can work and preform, what a joke keep lying to yourself

    I have ADHD and known for talking a storm. I'd take a couple of big bumps and slowly I realized I was talking less, while it was the opposite for non ADHD people.

    The claim of self medicaters is felt as if a personal attack, as pharmaceutical medication gets a clear slate by convenient deception that plys the public with many false facts & a mydrid of retained side-effects that if openly publicized this entire subject would self-implode by falsification ceasing the excessive wealth pharmaceutical companies acquire in mass. So the self-medicated could be believed as failed by Healthcare who's determination of medical intervention is more correctly WEALTHCARE for the mydrid of officials involved with prolonging the illusion for ever!!

    The generalized practice relies upon basic business practices 101. It's not rocket science no matter what side of the tracks you're used to walking. Some express corruption as if an illegally minded characteristic only by fooling themselves through the promotional means of media, who's adaptation of reality sees the strategic illusions success. Unfortunately that same success isn't comparable to so called 'experts' claims as such just blends into the illusion strategies & thus this world forms such problematic issues as the official leadership wish nothing more than to lie & provide deception as that mitigates accountability from becoming a governmental responsibility whereas for the public population this is reversed.

    COCAINE , ALL CLASS As are for losers
    people of low IQ , low self esteem , low self worth , low social skills , very little personality & character , gives them a false sense of confidence ..
    they wrongly convince themselves they are happy & are the contented
    gives them delusions of grandeur
    think they are super man & the dogs bollox
