To me this seems like the type of thing done for a Hunting Club, maybe a Hunting club was collaborating with the church to get funding for both their institutions.

Man that rest in peace hit me like a set of antlers to the teeth. He seemed to be a cheerful fellow. And he lives on in this tradition.

I was wondering when you hit up against some of our glorious English folklore Tom. I'm a Morris dancer myself, this looks exactly like my sort of nonsense!

I saw the thumbnail and I was like "someone needs to rescue Tom before he inadvertently ends up in a cult " π

Someone should try to recombine all the footage into a 3D animated model that you can walk around with in VR

Wouldn't catch me dead with a camera at what feels like a private local event; regardless if it's considered public.

Clearly this is not recorded during the current heatwave. I hope you make a really pointed science and impacts related episode
