I went into TikTok comment sections to find out what’s going on over there and I do not recommend it.

TikTok comment sections have become their own civilization and nobody asked for this. I look at the most commented video of all time (it’s a Venom car commercial and the comments make zero sense), a separate video where 24,600 people liked a comment just for explaining how they got there, an army of TikTok fans spam commenting about someone named Zahid, and brands showing up in random comment sections trying to seem relatable and failing spectacularly.

Also somehow there is a YouTube video of someone reacting to someone reacting to someone’s TikTok comment, and now this video exists too, so we’ve made it worse together.
