As a boomer, I always thought "Creepy Pasta" was that one weird lookng hot dish someone always brought to the church picnic. Had no idea this is what it was all about. Scary stuff. Thank you for the education.

I remember when I was like 7 or 8 years old, Momo was huge and my teacher at the time sat down with us for a solid hour to explain what Momo was and to be careful of it

I'm so glad we brought the unnamed girl in this video, because anytime I'd bring it up to my friends (that at the time, were also terrified) they'd say they didn't remember.
I remember seeing that Peppa Pig video on YouTube Kids, before seeing it again on Canadian News. That shi, traumatized me so much as a kid someone had to make me a stuffed bunny to sleep with 😭 (still have it)
For years, I thought it was the Mandela Effect since nobody I know that was affected by this at the time remembered, and was only me and a select few.

This video was fun to watch! You earned a sub!! 💚

21:22 less terrible but I remember this mobile horror game that andymatronic played years ago, and it had the storyline about a fire or something (my memory is kinda shit💔) but it included an ACTUAL REAL LIFE newspaper image about two real girls who died in a fire. I remember feeling absolutely disgusted that the game developer included that, as it felt very odd and like it was mocking their deaths

I, a teen (won’t say my age) was in elementary school during the momo situation. I remember coming from my at the time best friends house, excited to watch Pokémon card videos, to learn my parents would no longer let me on YouTube. I was sad at the time but I’m glad they did it because I would do anything a video told me. A few days later at school, I remember YouTube got completely BANNED in my area at schools. I wasn’t allowed back on it till 2022.

The Slenderman Stabbing was something so shocking to me. I got pulled into a school meeting because of creepypasta and they almost put me in a hospital cause I apparently showed signs just like the 2 girls did because of something that happened which drove me absolutely insane because all I did was read creepypasta not think about killing anyone. Anyways because of this incident I got diagnosed with some stuff and I'm still furious to this day.. and about m*mo it was so popular and so scary my whole primary school (I was in y4..) and we where told to report anyone trying to off themselves or share the m*mo image and this image caused so much mass hysteria in my primary that some kids even left to protect themselves

Let's not blame it on them instead of the kids, they chose to do it, I LOVE creepypasta and none of the actions that the kids did were ever thought twice by me, creepypasta isn't the problem, it's their mental health💔

The things people did with the mother berb statue are just… disgusting. I haven’t been able to go into a dark room by myself for 7 years because of it, and that was just from the sight. What people did…

I remember how my school here in Brazil had to warn our parents to be careful on what we watched, not only because of her (who I'm thankful you blurred the face) videos and threats but also because here was happening at the same time a lot of cases of blue whale (idk if they called it something else in English, but that's the literal translation of the name in portuguese, "baleia azul"). Unfortunately one of my classmates was one of the kids who did what they ordered

Omg I remembered when I was 9 or 7 years old, I heard jeff the killer's story and that day my cousin had a sleepover with my sister in my house so she kept teasing and annoying me so I LITERALLY raised a knife at her and I was about to stab her but my sister stopped me 💔😭 I really needed mental care💔

I remember Momo in middle school, even though I'm technically an adult now it is still one of the most unsettling images to me and makes me uncomfortable looking at it. It gives me a physical reaction in a way that no other scary photo does.

I can't believe that I used to listen to Cupcakes as a kid (iykyk)… I don't think I could ever revist Creepypasta, but I love The Magnus Archives now.
Btw, your hair and makeup are so pretty and very 2010 esque <3

Deadass slenderman had me in a chokehold when i was WAY younger. Everytime I was in a car and I rode by woods/forest, I thought that mf would be in there waiting for me 😂😂

The m*m* situation to me was quite real since I had a friend when I was in high school that I still talk to time to time but she was great we got along together and she broke down in class because she had someone contact her little brother on WhatsApp with that name and profile photo telling him to do some horrible stuff to his family, the outbreak was quite known in my school but ig it depends on where u are in the world

I remembered how stupid Jeff the Killer's backstory was. Bro got bullied then decided to kill randos who had nothing to do with him. Literally just every school shooter.

Keep that Damien kid locked tf up

It's not just this. It's the tolerance of weird things in general. That's why we have grown adults that think sex is interchangeable like a costume, kids shooting their classmates for internet infamy or because they got their fee fee's hurt. Where in 1950 your parents would just tell you to knock off the weird shit and go feed the horses, now the internet has allowed all of the weirdo's and crazy people to network and normalize their behavior. Then they start protesting for legislation to enforce their insanity on other people.
It only stops one way, violently and forcefully. A conversation in congress isn't going to stop this now.
