I love Dirty Harry. My father had terrible judgement and he watched all kinds of crazy sh!t with me when I was a kid. For instance, he took me to see JAWS in the theater when I was 7. I loved it. Dirty Harry was one of my favorites. My dad was a doctor and he gave me some prescription cough medicine back when they prescribed codeine pills for a simple cough, then he proceeded to tell me the "street value" of the drugs I just took. When I was a little older he gave me some Darvocet for something and said, "It works a lot better with a beer." He passed away a couple of weeks ago and I miss him. To everyone who's thinking he was a bad father, he was and he wasn't. He did straighten up and live the last 40 years sober. Love you dad.

Now watch a couple of episodes of the 80s comedy series "Sledge Hammer!" which was a parody of Dirty Harry style cops, and very funny. Good episodes include Vertical, State of Sledge, and Desperately Seeking Dori (though don't watch it first)
